As the afternoon sun beat down on the deserted parking lot of the abandoned strip mall, Lili Charmelle and Mike Chapman arrived in Mike’s rusty old van. They were here for one reason and one reason only: to audition for Rocco’s Psycho Teens 19, the latest installment of the infamous horror movie franchise.

As they made their way towards the dilapidated storefront that served as the film’s production office, they couldn’t help but feel a sense of trepidation. They had both heard the rumors about Rocco and his penchant for pushing his actors to the brink of insanity, but they were determined to land the lead roles in the film, no matter the cost.
As they entered the production office, they were greeted by a disheveled man in a stained t-shirt and ripped jeans. “Welcome to Rocco’s Psycho Teens 19 auditions,” he said, his voice gruff and ominous. “I’m Rocco’s assistant, Todd. Follow me.”
Todd led them down a dark hallway lined with faded movie posters, each one more terrifying than the last. They finally arrived at a door marked “Audition Room” and Todd motioned for them to enter.
As they stepped inside, they found themselves in a dimly lit room, with a single spotlight shining down on a chair in the center of the room. “Sit,” a voice barked from the shadows.
Lili and Mike exchanged a nervous glance before complying with the command. As they sat down, the spotlight shifted to illuminate two figures standing at the back of the room. One was a tall, imposing man with a wild shock of black hair and a bushy beard. The other was a petite woman with piercing blue eyes and a wicked grin.
“Lili Charmelle and Mike Chapman,” the man boomed, his voice echoing through the room. “We’ve heard a lot about you. You’re both here to audition for the lead roles in Rocco’s Psycho Teens 19, yes?”
Lili and Mike nodded, barely able to speak.
“Well then,” the woman said, her voice smooth as silk. “Let’s get started, shall we?”
She began to ask them a series of questions, probing their deepest fears and darkest desires. Lili and Mike were surprised to find that they were answering her honestly, revealing secrets they had never shared with anyone else.
As the questioning continued, they began to feel a sense of unease creeping over them. Something about this audition didn’t feel right.
Suddenly, the man spoke up. “That’s enough questions,” he said, his voice taking on a menacing tone. “Let’s see what you’re made of.”
He flicked a switch on the wall and the room was plunged into darkness. Lili and Mike could hear the sound of footsteps moving towards them, and they tensed, ready for whatever was coming next.
Suddenly, the spotlight flickered back to life, illuminating a grotesque figure standing in front of them. It was a man with a twisted, contorted face, holding a blood-stained knife.
Lili and Mike screamed in terror as the man lunged at them, the knife glinting in the light.
But then, something strange happened. The man’s face began to shift and distort, and Lili and Mike realized that it was just a mask. The figure beneath it was Rocco himself.
“Congratulations,” Rocco said, his eyes gleaming with amusement. “You’ve both passed the audition.”
Lili and Mike were both relieved and confused. They had expected to be subjected to some sort of horrific test, but instead they had simply been duped.
“You’ll both be perfect for the film,” Rocco said, clapping them on the back. “We start shooting next week.
